2. One-Time License & Single Session

SynaptiQ offers a "Lifetime Premium" tier. This represents a one-time purchase granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to access our premium educational content for the lifetime of the product.

  • No Subscriptions: There are no recurring fees.
  • Single Active Session: Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited. You may only have one active session at a time. Logging in from a new device will automatically log you out of other active sessions.

3. Refund Policy

Because SynaptiQ grants instant access to proprietary educational materials, AI tools, and question banks, we do not offer refunds once premium access has been granted and utilized. We strongly encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate our content before making a purchase.

4. Educational Disclaimer

The content provided on SynaptiQ is strictly for educational and exam preparation purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee any specific results, scores, or ranks in JEE, NEET, or any other examinations. Your success depends entirely on your own effort and study habits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or distribute our proprietary question banks, flashcards, or content.
  • Attempt to bypass our authentication, quota engines, or single-session limits.
  • Use the AI Tutor for malicious purposes or to generate non-educational content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynaptiQ and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms (e.g., by sharing accounts or scraping content), without prior notice or refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
